Wholesale & Shipping Terms
All wholesale orders are quote-based. Minimum quantities, unit pricing, payment requirements, sourcing timelines, product condition, shipping method, and quote expiration are stated in the written quote. Inventory is not reserved until the stated payment requirements are satisfied. Orders may be sourced after payment and remain subject to availability.
Buyers must review and accept the written quote before fulfillment begins. Unless otherwise stated in writing, buyers are responsible for import permits, customs clearance, duties, taxes, brokerage, destination fees, and compliance with local laws. Product photos and condition notes may be representative unless the quote states otherwise. Cancellations, substitutions, shortages, and refunds are governed by the accepted written quote.
Shipping methods, costs, estimated transit times, insurance, tracking, and freight terms are confirmed per order. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, inspections, or events outside our control. Risk of loss and transfer terms will be stated in the written quote or invoice.
Buyers must inspect shipments promptly and report visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies within three business days of delivery, with photographs and supporting documentation. Because inventory may be sourced specifically for an accepted order, returns and cancellations are not automatically available. Any approved return requires written authorization and must follow the terms provided for that order.
